Tide Gadget
As of December 2010 there were over 2000 users of this gadget. It has a 5 star rating, works great, and it easy to use. Most of the problems people have using it involve not entering the location correctly. You must enter your location exactly as it appears in the data base with the exception that you can stop your description as soon as your entry uniquely defines your location. For example, if your location is "Indian Rocks Beach (inside), Florida" you cannot enter "Indian Rocks Beach, Florida" but you can enter "Indian Rocks"To search for your location CLICK HERE
There are thousands of stations listed from all over the world.
For a list of all stations covered CLICK HERE
To enter your station, click on the little down arrow at the top right of the gadget. Then click edit settings

and type enough of the name to distinguish it from any other station.
The four entry fields are:
- Location as given HERE
- Time zone used to determine the day only. East coast US is 5. Auckland NZ is -16.
- Days from now: Enter 0 for todays tide as defined by the day in the time zone, 1 for tomorrow, etc.
- Height (in feet) for a mark reference. For no mark reference, leave blank.
To install this gadget, click on the "+Google" icon above.
NOTE: If you would like a readout of multiple locations or multiple dates, install multiple instances of the gadget and set each one differently.

Weather Conditions Gadget
A second gadget has been added to give a brief current weather condition for any airport. For San Francisco, for example, enter SFO. For Palo Alto, PAO.
To change the station, click on the down arrow at the top right of the gadget, click edit settings, and enter your airport ID.
For US airports, you can leave out the "K" and enter just the airport designator. For international airports enter the entire airport tower call sign. For example, Munich is EDDM.
For North American airports there is a handy clickable map that identifies gives the airport call sign HERE To add the airport weather gadget click on "+Google" above. Then fill in the three or four letter airport code for your local airport.
I kept the height of the actual gadget small but you can scroll down and see rain and humidity on some stations.
